Living Waters Hope316 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, faith-based community gathering place created for God’s people to serve those in need — “No creed but Christ, no law but love.”
We are rooted in Christian practices and dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized support to those in need. We operate from the core belief that human need has multiple dimensions—physical, social, occupational, emotional, and spiritual.
The Gathering Place is a respectful, safe community of healing. Living Waters is fueled by volunteers and private donations from individuals, churches, and community groups.
We have been serving those in need since our founding in 1998. It is a charitable organization primarily volunteer-run. We serve all races, creeds, and faiths—the rich and poor, those living in homes, apartments, shelters, and those without any.

Living Waters Hope316 strives to be a beacon of hope for the city of Lowell by addressing not only physical needs, but also emotional and spiritual well-being.
We provide pathways for individuals to achieve stability, discover purpose, and regain a sense of self-worth—serving as a stepping stone in their journey of recovery and transformation.
