WHO WE SERVE:

We refer to the people we serve as guests. Some of our guests live in homes, some stay the night at local shelters, and some are living outside. Others continually move from house to house, staying with friends or family until the welcome wears out.

Some suffer from mental illness, substance abuse, or both. Some struggle with learning, emotional, and/or developmental disabilities. Some are caught in cycles of self-medication.

Many are in a state of trauma, crisis, and risk—alone, isolated, and seeking to be part of a caring community.

Walking People Through the Process of Change

Some of our guests have only recently fallen on hard times and can get back on their feet fairly quickly. For others, the patterns of abuse and self-destruction have lasted much of their lives, making recovery a slow and sometimes uneven process.

Living Waters meets each guest where they are in their journey toward wholeness and healing—bringing Help, Hope, and Healing.

Commitment to Building Relationships

We focus on fostering personal connections with those we serve, offering a welcoming gathering place where guests, members, and the community are treated with dignity and respect.

We believe that healing and stability often begin with trustworthy relationships rather than material aid alone. Our goal is to offer a hand up—not just a handout.
